Terms & Conditions Gift Cards - Travelcircus

The voucher is valid after full payment and can be redeemed from the date stated on the voucher when booking a trip arranged by Travelcircus GmbH in the amount of the value stated on the voucher.

The period of validity varies depending on the type of voucher. The Travelcircus gift card NaN 150,00 € 250,00 € 400,00 € € is valid for a total of 3 years from the date of purchase. The product and experience vouchers are either valid for one year for the respective product and another year for all Travelcircus travel offers, or for two years on all Travelcircus offers.

The general terms and conditions of the respective product or experience voucher apply, which you can view before purchasing on the product page of the voucher in the voucher terms and conditions. You will also receive the terms and conditions of the respective gift card on page 2 of the voucher PDF after purchase.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other vouchers. Vouchers are excluded from return after purchase. If the voucher code is lost or illegible, the voucher loses its validity. Only 1 voucher can be redeemed per booking. The gift card cannot be combined with other vouchers or discounts. The gift card is freely transferable, but cannot be resold. A cash payment of gift cards or voucher credit is not possible. If the gift card exceeds the value of the booking, the residual value remains on the voucher and can still be redeemed for the entire Travelcircus travel range within the voucher validity.

Travelcircus recommends redeeming the gift card as soon as possible. After redeeming the voucher: Please keep the travel voucher and the invoice for possible queries even after your booking is complete. The general terms and conditions of the agent Travelcircus GmbH as well as the general terms and conditions of the service provider apply, e.g. of the hotel or the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH. You can find this on www.travelcircus.de in the respective booking route before completing the booking. After redeeming the voucher / after booking, you will usually receive your travel documents up to 7 days before arrival. In the event of cancellation after redeeming the voucher, the service provider's cancellation conditions apply, e.g. of the tour operator Wagner Kurzreisen GmbH or the brokered hotel, which you can also see in the terms and conditions in the booking section before completing the booking.
